Executive Management

Provides strategic leadership and governance for the organization. It oversees implementation of the mission, development of structural partnerships, and mobilization of key players to bolster academic success in Montréal. Responsible for carrying the organization’s vision and values, it is also committed to supporting the staff’s well-being and ensuring the RRM’s smooth and consistent operation.

Administration

Our team ensures the efficient and transparent management of RRM’s operations. It is responsible for administrative and financial coordination, budget monitoring, and logistical and organizational support for all activities and projects. In this central role, it helps to implement policies that support good governance and assumes cross-functional responsibilities, allowing teams and partners to devote themselves fully to the academic success of young people.

Development and liaison

Our team plays a strategic role in mobilizing and developing partnerships and collaborative initiatives that promote academic success in Montréal. Using a cross-sector and cross-order approach, we apply our expertise to address RRM’s priority issues.

Communications and knowledge transfer

Our team’s mission is to disseminate knowledge, share best practices, and equip our partners to support their actions and help them contribute fully to the academic success of young Montrealers. It creates clear tools, relevant content, unifying events, and awareness campaigns to mobilize the community.

Evaluation and Research

Our team uses its expertise in data analysis and dissemination to support decision-making and implement best practices for academic success. In collaboration with the research community and partners, it is committed to evaluating its programs, designing monitoring and analysis tools, and contributing to the application of research to enrich and develop projects.
