Executive Management

Provides strategic leadership and governance for the organization. It oversees implementation of the mission, development of structural partnerships, and mobilization of key players to bolster academic success in Montréal. Responsible for carrying the organization’s vision and values, it is also committed to supporting the staff’s well-being and ensuring the RRM’s smooth and consistent operation.

Administration

Our team ensures the efficient and transparent management of RRM’s operations. It is responsible for administrative and financial coordination, budget monitoring, and logistical and organizational support for all activities and projects. In this central role, it helps to implement policies that support good governance and assumes cross-functional responsibilities, allowing teams and partners to devote themselves fully to the academic success of young people.
